Eating the right kinds of foods you can give a strong immune system and help prevent disease and all types of skin blemishes including acne.

Here are some foods that can help solve the acne on the face or entire body.

Protein

Eating too much meat is bad for your health. Eating too much meat, more than 2-4 ounces per day, has been identified as a narrowing of the arteries.

* Sunflower seeds - These seeds should be used as a snack. They are rich in protein, calcium and vitamin A. They provide nutrients for the construction of the whole body and are good for dry skin.

All these nuts and seeds should be eaten raw. Heating and other processing will kill the life force of nuts or seeds as well as reduce the amount of vitamins and minerals.
